We are beyond excited to welcome Brett to the Fortitude Integrated Training and Wellness Family!

Brett has been teaching yoga since 2011 and practicing since 2006. Certified with 200 hour (Sivananda Bahamas, 2009) and 500 hour (Maya Yoga Maui, 2012) teacher trainings, Brett continues to study and practice always letting yoga unfold and support her life. She has special interest in restorative and therapeutic yoga. Brett is passionate about seeing and understanding bodies to make yoga effective and accessible and for every student so that they can enjoy and learn about the bodies they live in.

Join Brett for yoga at F.I.T. on Saturday mornings at 11:00am.
