At F.I.T., we take this very seriously and that is why we have a full kitchen on site to prepare and serve fresh, healthy, whole foods. We don’t believe in diets, we believe in healthy eating and we have a ton of great recipes and tips on how to plan and prepare delicious homemade meals. Because we believe this to be such a huge part in your journey to success, this type of counseling is just part of the great service you get at F.I.T.
And to top it all off, we include a complimentary healthy, homemade snack right after your workout so that you can achieve faster fat loss in less time.
The relaxing and rejuvenating qualities of massage are well known and sought after by a variety of patients. The benefits of massage therapy include stress relief, reducing or eliminating pain, improving joint mobility, recovering from sports injuries and soft tissue strains.
Our massage therapists are highly experienced and work in conjunction with our personal trainers and yoga instructors, where appropriate, to ensure that optimum outcomes are achieved for each patient's individual needs.
